Design Conference
Our success comes from a timeless concept. We take the time to get to
know and become friends with our clients. Starting with our first meeting
and continuing through to the delivery of your finished portraits. We
schedule at least three appointments with our clients:

- Portrait Session
- Projection Presentation
Your portrait won't just happen by accident but by planning and forethought. We will guide you in clothing, colors and styles which will best complement the location in which your portrait will be displayed.
There are two fees you pay to own a Romantic Portrait
A Commission
Fee
We are commissioned like an artist. My portrait sessions are not limited
to a particular number of photographs or a set amount of time or film.
Being an artist, I work until I feel that I have captured the image we
both want. My Commission Fee includes the planning session, the actual
photography session and the time we spend together deciding on just the
right photograph for you. The Commission Fee is requested at the time
you schedule your session.
The Projection
Appointment
Two weeks after the completion of the photographic session, you come
to the gallery to view your original portrait studies. To make your selection
easier, we will project your poses in large format, enabling you to see
the full detail of each image. This will allow you to see the images in
many different sizes as you approach the correct size for the location
intend to display your portrait. We will help you every step of the way
through the selection process. We will help you analyze the expressions,
compositions and color scheme of each image. We will even offer suggestions
on framing and display considerations.
Portrait Pricing
Our portraits are custom printed and hand finished by laboratory artist
under our close guidance and direction. During the projection appointment
we will provide you with detailed pricing information during your design
conference and at the time you place your order. To give you a general
idea of our portrait prices we have included a listing of our more popular
portraits.

Framing
All of your portraits come completely finished and framed. We offer a
beautiful line of designer frames. Our moldings are selected to accent
and complement but not overwhelm the portrait, we will select a frame
just right for your image.
